Cookies Policy

Oxalis Portal

Last updated: 3 September 2026

1. How we use cookies

The Oxalis Portal uses a single, strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in between requests. It does not currently use analytics, advertising, or marketing cookies.

2. The cookie we use

  • oxalisportal_session — a strictly necessary session cookie that identifies you as signed in and applies your account's permissions. It is set when you sign in and cleared when you sign out. It cannot be read by scripts in your browser and is only sent over a secure connection in production.

Because this cookie is strictly necessary for the Portal to function, it does not require consent and cannot be disabled while remaining signed in.

3. Local storage

The Portal also uses your browser's local storage to remember a small number of interface preferences on your device, such as whether the navigation sidebar is collapsed. This is not a cookie, is not sent to our servers, and only affects how the Portal looks on that device.

4. Third-party cookies

The Portal does not currently embed third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent before any non-essential cookie is set.

5. Managing cookies in your browser

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking the Portal's session cookie will prevent you from staying signed in.

6. Changes to this Cookies Policy

We may update this Cookies Policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page, with the updated date shown above.
